A bit of exploring today

Kelley and I took off after church today to explore a bit. We headed down to Golden, CO and drove to the top of Lookout Mountain. At the top is Buffalo Bill's grave. Kelley said her family visited this spot about 15 years ago she figures.

We drove along a scenic route for 45 miles or so. We came across this herd of Buffaloes.

We'd never visited the famous "Red Rocks" ampitheater before today. Sure seems like an excellent place to see a concert.

Hello Shirkey's!

It's your cousins Jed & Angela... We stumbled across you blog while planning an upcoming trip to CO. We would love to try and get together while we are out there. Let us know if you will be avail in late July? We are trying to plan a rafting day trip while we are there too!

Hey guys this is Erin. Evan and I have been to Red Rock before. We went to Denver in 2005 with our youth group. It was such a neat place to see. Hope you're all doing well!
